Brogan Group have won access works for two buildings in a large Canary Wharf development.
The two buildings have a warehouse-style design, reflecting the past Thames-side architecture and will be serviced by Brogan Hoists operating to 50m.
The buildings are in a central car-free zone and will provide a mix of retail, restaurants and just under 300 fully serviced apartments.
Brogan have worked on buildings at this waterside development since 2016, a 5m sq ft commercial development on 23 acres, one of central London’s largest privately owned development sites.
