Brogan Group continues to invest in the future of construction through our long-standing commitment to apprenticeships, including the Scaffolder Apprenticeship programme – a structured programme designed to provide aspiring scaffolders with the skills, knowledge and qualifications to build a lasting career in the industry.

Delivered over a minimum of 18 months at accredited centres, the apprenticeship provides a clear pathway to the CISRS Scaffolder qualification, available in both tube & fitting and system scaffold formats. The programme ensures operatives gain not only hands-on practical training, but also the theoretical knowledge, behavioural safety standards, and even English and Maths support required to excel in their roles.

At Brogan Group, training is seen as much more than a requirement – it is a driver of opportunity. We believe in treating every career path as individual, supporting each person’s unique strengths and ambitions, and opening the door to maximum opportunities for progression within the Group.

Currently, the company employs apprentices in scaffolding, human resources and business & administration. This commitment highlights Brogan Group’s aim in developing talent across all areas of the business.

Importantly, career progression is determined by ability and ambition. We provide opportunities for individuals at all levels to demonstrate potential; we then commit to nurturing that talent through various forms of development, incentivisation and support.

At Brogan Group, our structured training and development programmes turn talent into industry-leading performance.
