Travel Threes - Brogan Group secure multiple access solutions for London Docklands' New Travelodge

Brogan Group have secured the access package for the new Travelodge in London Docklands. The three-part design includes a double-height entrance in the base podium, a maritime-themed steel middle section and an open colonnaded crown-like top floor.

There are also three parts to Brogan Group’s service solutions at London Docklands. Scaffolding, a common tower that will reach 18 floors (56m), and several goods passenger hoists, that will service the common tower and all floors of the project. The scaffolding package includes the internal blockwork, handrails, roof level works and an unloading platform.

On completion, the Travelodge will be one of the largest hotels in the estate, containing 350 rooms, extensive electric charging points in its car parking provision, secure cycle storage, a green space pedestrian walkway and a restaurant/bar on the first floor with views across the historic dock and the River Thames.
