Topped out at 80 Fenchurch Street!

We attended the topping out ceremony of the 14 storeys at 80 Fenchurch Street yesterday having worked on the development since earlier this year.

We have been providing a variety of hoists to the project including a 4 tonne and 2 tonne beam hoist, one twin hoist and a Goods hoists also.

Our hoists are remaining on site to complete the façade works before beginning the fit out of the development. Upon completion, it will boast 240,000 sq ft of Grade A office space and 12,250 sq ft of retail space. The project is unique and will offer a rare alternative to many of the urban blocks made up of glass and concrete that you are used to seeing in the City through the inclusion of six landscaped roof terraces.

We would like to extend our congratulations of the topping out of the development to the main contractor and all other subcontractors that have worked on the development that is due for completion in 2020.
