Works Commence 370m up in Dubai’s Skyline
Brogan Group have commenced works on ‘The Address Boulevard Hotel’ Dubai, after securing the external façade scaffolding package. The 72 storey building sits in the heart of the city’s central district, houses 531 serviced apartments along with 200 5-star hotel rooms.
The $160M scheme is scheduled for completion in Q2 2016.
