Brogan Group are supplying scaffolding, mast climbers and hoists for the 100 Bollo Lane project in Ealing. The complex, which is built with modular technology, is to consist of three sections ranging at three, eight and 14 stories high. It will provide 112 one, two and three bedroom flats, as well as 2000 square metres of commercial office space.
Tenants can enjoy generous ancillary space, including two ground floor resident lounges which include communal seating, games and work space. In addition, 100 Bollo Lane will have two separate landscaped roof terraces with common space. The complex is designed to initiate a sociable environment for residents.
We won this contract having provided access for landmark modular projects in the past, including Mapleton Crescent, the largest modular residential tower in Europe and Apex House, the second largest modular built tower in the world. Brogan Group already had involvement in the early works for this project and are now providing access for the main build with scaffolding, mast climbers and hoists.
The project length is said to have been shortened by 6 months, thanks to the use of Modular technology, with completion expected for mid-2019.
