Scaffolding, Mast climber and hoist works secured on iconic Charlemont Square regeneration project in Dublin

Located in the south city centre in Dublin 2, Charlemont Square has been designed to create a vibrant, mixed use neighbourhood offering a high quality sustainable residential environment.

We are providing  a combined access package to the project to support the plight of bringing this vision to life. The remit includes a number of mast climbers in both single and twin configuration, twin passenger/goods hoists, and scaffolding. The scaffold will include several lift shafts and will be used on terraces and two atriums.

We will also be providing a gantry along Charlemont Street for the mast climbers to sit on to provide protection to the public.

The scheme has a wide range of uses including accommodation that comprises 155 affordable housing units and 105 private apartments. The apartments will be a mix of one, two, three and four bedrooms. In addition to residential units, the project will comprise 200,000 sq. ft of Grade A Offices in six-storey blocks, a community facility, an indoor sports hall, creche, multiplex cinema and a number of retail units.

The regenerated Charlemont Square is set to become home to online retail giant Amazon and the ever-popular shared work space for freelancers, We Work.

The project is due for completion in 2020.
