Brogan Group has secured a combined access package for a major student accommodation development in West Ealing. The scheme will deliver 412 new student homes across two buildings, helping to meet growing demand for purpose-built student accommodation in the area.
Brogan's scope of works includes mast climbers, passenger goods hoists and independent scaffolding, with the mast climbers operating off a heavy duty scaffold gantry to facilitate the building façade works.
Located opposite West Ealing Station, the development is ideally positioned, offering direct transport links into central London. The scheme will provide communal amenities, commercial space and improvements to the surrounding public areas. A commitment to deliver 35% affordable student accommodation also forms a key part of the development.
