Saw-tooth shaped façade access solutions from Brogan Group at Morello Phase 2

Brogan Group have secured the scaffolding access package for Morello phase 2 in East Croydon. The £350m regeneration scheme has already delivered 300 new homes close to East Croydon Station during phase 1. The second phase, which commenced in September 2020, will provide a further 456 residential units across three separate buildings, providing much-needed accommodation for social rent and shared ownership occupation.

In addition to the new homes, the development will also include 18,000 sq ft of retail and commercial floor space, new public realm and a new link bridge to East Croydon train station.

Brogan Group are supplying the full perimeter scaffolding on the project, which will include a protection gantry along Cherry Orchid Road, a cantilevered scaffold over neighbouring properties and a large hoist run-off tower which was specifically designed due to the saw-tooth shaped façade and proximity to the crane.
