Royal Brompton Hospital, London

We are providing the scaffold package to Royal Brompton Hospital, the largest specialist lung and medical centre in the UK to aid the construction of their new imaging centre. Our early works include edge protection for the demolition works of the outer structure of the existing building. 

The new centre will consist of four storeys – two above and two below ground level. It will allow the expansion of clinical services and increase research and educational programmes. It will also improve access to imaging services including MRI, CT and x-ray.

‘Medical imaging is the technique and process of creating visual representations of the interior of a body for clinical analysis and medical intervention, as well as visual representation of the function of some organs or tissues.’

This project further enhances our vast experience working in the health sector having previously worked on projects such as Great Ormond Street Hospital, London, Southmead Hospital, Bristol and Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth amongst others.
