Brogan Group have been awarded an access package for a redevelopment project in London’s borough of Westminster, located near Pall Mall.
Both internal and external hoists are being provided with Passenger Goods hoists servicing the gantry to the terrace. A twin Colossus hoist will be placed externally servicing the full height of the building up to 19 floors and internal goods only hoists will be found servicing the basement levels.
The 1959 Grade II listed building will have the original architectural features preserved all while creating 95,000 sq ft. of modern offices space for third party users with retail and bar facilities also available.
