We are set to return to Wandsworth in London to aid the redevelopment of the former Linton Fuels depot. We will be providing the scaffold and hoist packages to multiple blocks that will be linked by podium slabs.
This project will require heavy input from our in-house design team due to the fact that the scaffold will be adjacent to Network Rail land. The close proximity of the railway line, the embankment and the UHV cable running along-side the site will all need to be taken into account and have special care within the designs.
We are no strangers to providing access within a stone’s throw of the railway due to other projects such as Osiers Road which resides on the same road as this project which is one of the reasons we have been chosen for this project.
Upon completion, the new site will provide a mixed-use development in buildings ranging in height from 10-14 storeys. It will provide commercial spaces, retail plots and 109 residential units that will vary from one, two and three bedrooms. There will also be 22 affordable housing units and 20 car parking spaces on the first-floor level along with large landscaped areas.
