Brogan Group have been awarded the powered access package for a major residential-led mixed-use development in Sydenham, London.
The project will see the supply of numerous Brogan passenger and goods hoists across six residential blocks, reaching heights of up to 44 metres.
Once completed, the development will deliver 262 new homes, comprising a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, alongside 780.8 sqm of flexible commercial space suitable for retail and workspace use. The scheme is scheduled for completion in Spring 2027.
Located on a decommissioned brownfield site previously occupied by two large gas holders, the development will provide much-needed housing for the local area. In addition to new homes and commercial facilities, residents will benefit from landscaped green spaces.
