Brogan Group has been awarded the powered access package for a major campus expansion in Cambridgeshire, which will deliver new laboratories, residential accommodation and staff facilities.
Passenger goods hoists will be installed to service the two new research buildings, helping to support the significant expansion of the existing science park, which will increase its footprint by approximately two and a half times.
The development will deliver state-of-the-art laboratories, 83 new homes for campus workers, two bridges, a localised energy system, fitness facilities, food and beverage outlets, and extensive landscaped areas.
Due for completion in 2028, the expanded campus is expected to support around 9,000 jobs, tripling current employment levels from approximately 3,000.
