Brogan Group has been awarded the access package on a £273m commercial development project in the City of London.
As part of the scheme, Brogan Group will deliver a powered access package to support the uplift of an existing 1980s building. The scheme will see six additional storeys constructed above the current 390,000 sq ft structure.
Upon completion, the upgraded 14-storey building will be transformed into a highly sustainable workplace. The development will feature luxury amenities including a large gym, a 25-metre swimming pool, and landscaped balconies on the 11th floor, creating a new modern working environment.
