Brogan Group has secured the powered access package for a major refurbishment and extension project in Marylebone, London.
Situated in the heart of Central London, close to the capital's renowned medical district, the scheme will transform an existing building through a combination of partial demolition, refurbishment and extension works. Brogan will deliver a powered access solution servicing the building to a height of 22 metres.
The redevelopment will create a modern, high-quality workspace featuring new roof terraces, reconfigured internal layouts and extensive building upgrades.
