Brogan Group have been awarded the powered access package for a landmark residential development in the London Borough of Ealing.
Brogan hoists will aid in the construction of approximately 900 new homes, with the access package reaching heights of up to 84 metres.
The development will deliver a diverse mix of housing, including affordable homes, private residences, shared ownership properties, and mixed-tenure accommodation. In addition, the scheme will provide new green spaces, retail units, and commercial facilities.
The development forms part of what is expected to become the largest Passivhaus programme in Europe. The scheme aims to reduce heating costs by up to 60% and cut carbon emissions by as much as 90% for future residents.
