Brogan Group have secured a powered access contract on a commercial development in central Manchester. The project involves extending the existing structure with additional storeys, alongside the removal and replacement of the building’s external façade.
Designed with sustainability at its core, the scheme is targeting a BREEAM Outstanding rating, with the new upper floors constructed using mass timber to support low-carbon objectives.
