Brogan Group has been awarded the powered access package for a mixed-use development in West Sussex.
The project will see a range of Brogan passenger/goods and goods only hoists supplied across four residential blocks, reaching heights of up to 35m supporting the construction of the development.
Once complete, the scheme will deliver 216 one, two and three-bedroom apartments across four buildings, alongside commercial space, residents' lounges, and both public and private car parking facilities. The development will help transform a key part of the town centre into a much-needed mixed-use neighbourhood.
