Operatives certified at Brogan MCWP Training Centre

Pictured above, is one of a number of trainees who were certified recently at our IPAF approved MCWP Training Centre located in London.

The MCWP Installer Training Programme was one of our most recent courses delivered at the Training Centre earlier this year. The aim of the course is to instruct the trainee to safely install various types of Mast Climbing Work Platforms (MCWP).

The course was delivered by our in-house IPAF instructor and covers all aspects of installing the MCWP including; 

• The assembly of the platform and controlling/safety devices
• Installation of mast and ties, the movement of the machine
• Knowledge of any local regulations relating to the supply and use of MCWP’s
• Risk assessments and method statements
• Final assembly 
• Visual and functional checks.
