We have secured the hoist package on the next phase of the White City Living development in London.
Five of our single goods and personnel hoists were installed in May 2018, four of which were large 27/38’s cage hoist, the other a 20/32. They have been providing access to three cores on the first phase of the scheme at a height of 38m, 42m and 70m respectively.
Phase two will utilise a number of 27/38 hoists across two cores of the development. We will see them reaching heights of 70m and 80m consecutively. A handful of special run offs will be installed as the building steps back a couple of metres at penthouse level.

Upon completion, the project will offer 1,400 new homes including suites, apartments, penthouses and duplexes, many of which will comply with London’s affordable housing scheme.
