Brogan Group are providing access including Scaffolding on a Southbank commercial development.

A sensitive refurbishment on the Grade II listed building, an example of ‘Brutalist’ architecture, will retain over 80% of the existing structure with a remodelling of the floorplates and a two-storey extension to create an additional 11,000m2 of office space.

The modernisation, due for completion in 2025, will help the project achieve BREEAM energy efficiency targets and large outdoor terraces, covering over 4,400m2, will support a 200% improvement in biodiversity value.
