We have successfully secured the scaffolding access package for the Midlands Good Shed at Kings Cross. This is a £18m Waitrose scheme to redevelop the Grade II listed building into a supermarket.

The building will become a 29,000 square-foot food and wine store, along with 25,000 square-foot of office space. The Midland Goods Shed was built by the Great Northern Railway in 1850 and served as a temporary passenger terminal while the current King’s Cross station was being built.

Work on site is due to start soon, with completion aimed for spring 2015.
