Mental Health week at Brogan Group

One in four people will suffer a mental health problem each year with around 5,000,000 people suffering with anxiety and depression. Around 6,000 people will take their own life this year and within the construction industry alone in the UK, two construction workers take their own life every single working day.

It’s time for change. We are advocates for lessening the taboo that surrounds mental health and making coming to work at Brogan Group a safe space that employees feel they can ask for help at. The end of last year found us pledging as a company support to the Lighthouse Club which was another step in our drive to putting a strong focus on well-being within the company.
