Brogan Group are on-site delivering Access works at a 7 Storey Mayfair office development, a 65,000 sq ft high-end office structure sitting above a new Elizabeth Line station.
Brogan have previously installed an internal Goods Hoist on site and are now undertaking full Scaffolding works, including a bridged Gantry platform over an adjoining street.
The gantry solution will allow continued vehicle access for deliveries to nearby Oxford Street as well as storage for the large precast Terracotta, Stone and Bronze Facades units that will be installed, part of the acoustic isolation solution required from the Crossrail station below.
