Scaffold commences at Dublin's landmark development, Central Plaza

Brogan Group are designing and erecting scaffolding for the regeneration which will turn Dublin's Central Bank building into an iconic mixed-use scheme known as Central Plaza.

The development will add 100,000 sq ft of office space for up to 1300 professionals, as well as multiple retail and hospitality units on the ground and basement floors. On top of this, the main contractor is constructing a landmark, two-storey, rooftop destination with a 5 star restaurant and social spaces accompanied by 360 views of the city.

The Central Plaza development is liable to pose several access challenges including tight restraints of a 0.28 hectare site and the high level of pedestrian traffic surrounding the development. However, Brogan Group do have experience working on projects with similar challenges in the capital, such as the refurbishment of the Morgan Hotel in Temple Bar.

The €75 million project is due for completion by the end of the year.
