Mast climbers installed for high-rise project at Dubai Marina

Brogan Group have supplied and installed mast climbers at the Studio One building located in Dubai Marina. This is a 31 storey, high-rise residential tower which will provide studio, one and two bedroom apartments, with an aim of attracting more millennials to the area.

Beyond high-end apartments, Studio One also includes a two storey underground car park, a gym, retail outlets on the ground floor and a luxury swimming pool deck. The tower will prove a notable addition to the skyline of Dubai Marina, which is the largest man-made marina in the world and a focal point for tourism and commerce in the city.

We are supplying mast climber access to all floor levels for external works to the building. The project's completion is set for December 2018.
