Brogan Group has been awarded the hoist package for a major residential development in Fulham, London.
Having previously delivered combined scaffolding and hoist access solutions across earlier phases of the scheme, Brogan will now support the construction of a new-build 28-storey residential tower. The latest phase will deliver 142 new homes as part of a development that will create more than 1,800 homes overall. Numerous Brogan hoists will service the building, reaching heights of up to 84 metres.
Scheduled for completion in 2028, this phase forms part of the wider regeneration project due to complete in 2029. Alongside the delivery of more than 1,800 homes, the scheme includes the restoration of Grade II listed buildings, over 100,000 sq ft of commercial space, and six acres of public parkland and open space.
