Works at Cannon Street Station are continuing with the erection of a second unit-beam bridged birdcage across the top of the north atrium for roof access. External plank tower independent scaffolds are now fully complete with a large unit beam loading gantry progressively being erected to the third floor level for the installation of the large internal plant. 

When complete, the mixed-use development at Cannon Street will provide 400,000 ft² of office space, plus 17,000 ft² of retail accommodation. It also includes the major renovation and modernisation of the London Underground ticket hall at Cannon Street Station, leading to a new step-free entrance at the corner of Cannon Street and Dowgate Hill.
