We have been successful in securing a large access package that consists of 55 mast climbers and a number of goods/passenger hoists to the impressive Royal Warwick Square development in central London borough of Kensington.
The development will boast luxury, with a 24-hour concierge, a private cinema room and a superb leisure suite. The leisure suite will contain a gym and fitness studio with a personal trainer, a swimming pool and a vitality pool. In addition to this it will even have a sauna and steam room.
Royal Warwick Square is a milestone in the larger Warwick Road Masterplan. The regeneration plan involves the creation of more than 1,000 homes, a new school and Landscaping across seven acres of Kensington and Chelsea.
The project is due for completion in 2021.
