Brogan Group are powered Access providers on a Lambeth mixed-use redevelopment.
The former industrial area in South London, will see the clearance of the existing site and a new building, ranging in height from 2 to 16 storeys serviced by Brogan Hoists operating to 52m.
The development will create 134 residential units and 4,032 sqm of flexible commercial floorspace with 50% affordable homes.
