Brogan Group have secured a combined Scaffolding and Hoist order at Kings Road, Chelsea, London.
The scope is for perimeter scaffolding, podiums, loading bays, staircase and birdcage scaffolding. This will create 47 new homes, office space, a 600-seat cinema, and a rooftop bar.
Additionally, Brogan are installing a range of Goods/Passenger Hoists on the development, operating up to 7 Storeys of a site that will retain the original 1920s Art Deco façade while creating new £92 million mixed-use facilities.
