As part of the Kings Cross Development project, we have recently secured access works on Building B3, which will house a customer access centre, leisure centre, public library and offices for London Borough of Camden.
This new addition to the historic environment of St Pancras Station is to be an exemplar of an environmental building in an inner city context, having an emphasis on simple sustainable design, and achieving an Outstanding BREEAM rating, as well as delivering substantial efficiencies and operational cost savings.
We will be supplying scaffolding access on site for works to be carried out, and will be starting on site in the near future.
