The Kings Cross development, which was granted planning permission by the London Borough of Camden in December 2006, is nearly 8 million sq ft of mixed use real estate.
The permission includes up to 25 large, new office buildings totalling some 4.9 million sq ft, 20 new streets, 10 new major public spaces, the restoration and refurbishment of 20 historic buildings and structures, and up to 2,000 homes and serviced apartments.
We have recently secured both scaffolding and mast climber access for the construction of Building B2 and B4. Building B2 will have direct access to the underground station, providing ample access to the shops located on the ground floor.
Work is due to start on site shortly, and we look forward to seeing these new structures to completion.
