Brogan Group have secured the access package on the final phase of the Fulham Reach project in London. Situated on an idyllic stretch of the Thames at the Fulham end of Hammersmith, the development has already become part of a dramatically reshaped West London skyline.
The original application for the development was approved in 2011, comprising a masterplan for 744 new homes to create a riverside neighbourhood. So far, the new residential development has provided a comprehensive range of accommodation, offering a collection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom luxury apartments and penthouses with views over the River Thames.
Access will be provided to the final two blocks of the development, which will see a further 9 floors of accommodation across each block completed.
