We are providing a number of 20/32 goods and personnel hoists to the former BT Telephone Exchange. Our hoists will be providing access within the courtyard of the development.

What was once described as an ‘eyesore’ is set to become the UK’s tallest residential brick tower that uses mixed brick tones and textures. The 37-storey development is set to deliver 415 new homes alongside a two-form-entry primary school, office space and retail units.

Keybridge House was designed by GW Mills & Associates for the Post Office, subsequently BT, and built in 1975 on the site of the former Brand’s fishpaste factory. Due to its vast basement space and its proximity to MI6’s headquarters, the brutalist building has been the focus over the years of rumours that it was also a home for the UK’s spy network.

The redeveloped Keybridge House will boast landscaped gardens, a private gym, swimming pool and health spa. We have won these works due to previously working with the client on many other projects and building a good working relationship.

The project is due for completion in 2020.
