We are providing a number of goods/passenger hoists to the new development in North London that includes single and twin configured hoists.
Our machines will spread across 6 different blocks that will range from 9 to 27 storeys on a 5.5acre mixed-use site. Regency Heights, Park Royal will provide 807 studio, 1, 2 & 3 bedroom homes alongside office space, a children’s nursery and retail space.
From the initial stages of tender, our estimating team worked closely with the client project team to achieve both their project and budget requirements. Another deciding factor that saw us secure this project was the age profile, quality and reliability of our machines.
The client, a new client for us, has built developments that vary from small collections of homes in village locations to large regeneration projects of hundreds of apartments. 2018 saw us averaging a new client every week across the UK, Ireland and UAE, and we are delighted to obtain this new client so early into 2019.
The project is due for completion at the end of 2021.
