We have won the hoist package for Colindale Gardens in North London. The package will comprise a number of 20/32 machines in single configuration across a number of blocks.
Colindale Gardens forms part of a major 12-year regeneration programme across the North West of London. The development will provide 2900 studio, one, two, three- and four-bedroom townhouses and apartments.
The masterplan will feature landscaped green spaces and leisure facilities including a gym, sauna and steam room.
After having worked with the client in the past, the tender process found us further developing our relationship with them which led to us ultimately winning the contract due to our competitive pricing.
Our works are due to commence early 2020.
