Our works are expanding at Heathrow Airport with the most recent contract secured for maintenance works to the baggage hall at Terminal 1.
Terminal 1 is undergoing a complete overhaul as part of a major investment into Heathrow and its baggage handling system, and will be part of a new automated baggage link which will connect it with Terminals 3 and 5.
We have been selected to provide a safe working platform for essential maintenance works based on our airport experience, and that the equipment that site operatives will be working around, is both delicate and expensive.
In addition to our presence on Terminal 1, we are currently undertaking the access requirements for the main contractor for the construction of a satellite building at Terminal 5. The airside expansion of the terminal will cater for a further 14 aircraft stands.
