This project is a mixed-use development of over 10 floors, with a main commercial area at the front of the building and a residential block at the rear. The completed project will include a high quality office refurbishment of 82,000 ft², with an adjacent 6-storey residential private block of affordable accommodation.
The development is planned as a landmark building in the centre of King's Cross regeneration area and is due for completion in June 2009.
