Brogan Group have been appointed the access provider for Hammersmith Civic Campus, a major new mixed-use development in West King Street, West London, providing residential, office and public space around a refurbishment of Hammersmith Town Hall.
4 residential blocks, up to 5 storeys each, are being built around the Town hall providing 204 new homes and 10,000sqm of commercial space and these blocks will see a number of Brogan 2 Tonne Goods/Passenger Hoists installed.
At the same time, and surrounding 3 of the 4 blocks, Brogan Mast Climbers will be installed to cover each elevation. The speed at which they can be put up, to enable the façade installation, and then removed from the site, offers significant labour and time savings for the client than the scaffolding alternative did.
The scheme is being delivered through a joint venture partnership between H&F Council and A2Dominion and is expected to be completed in late 2022.
