One reason that Brogan Group is the leading combined access specialist in the UAE is that we adapt to the needs of all clients. When it was requested that Brogan employees should be ready and able to work in confined spaces as part of the clients work requirements, employees were sent on the correct course to enable this.

On Monday 10th June 2019, a number of Brogan Group employees working in Dubai were sent on a Confined Space Entry & Testing for Gases course. This included scaffolders, foremen, site supervisors and safety officers.

We periodically carry out an organisational training needs analysis of all activities to establish competency levels and identify where any training requirements need to be met. Our recent analysis led us to sending employees onto the Confined Space Entry & Testing Gases course in order to cement this knowledge throughout our workforce. In addition to this we have recently topped up training in First Aid, Firefighting, Rescue from height, Banksman/Rigger, Scaffolding erection and dismantling, Scaffolding Inspection, Scaffolding Supervisor Training and Safe Operation of Forklift throughout the workforce.

These courses are accredited by many associations such as NEBOSH, IOSH, CITB, CIEH, FAI & TSI and so are widely acknowledged and respected courses.
