We have been awarded the mast climber package to aid the construction of an 18-storey residential tower located in Motor City, Dubai. We will be providing a number of MCWP’s with a mix of single and double configuration. Some of the machines will be using fixed cantilevers for the façade works on the building.
The US $21m project will include the construction of the building, a gym, car parking and associated facilities.
The ever-popular Motor City in Dubailand was reviewed as one of the most “in-demand areas” based on moving activity in the emirate according to websites such as FlatReviews.com. Other reports on the website showed that it was one of the highest-rated communities in the city based on traffic, pet-friendliness, walking possibilities, nearby schools, nurseries, shops, restaurants and value for money.
The tower, due for completion in December 2021 will add to the forecasted 11,630 residential units, 2,900 serviced apartments and 2,900 hotel rooms that will make up Motor City upon completion of the area.
