We have recently been awarded the access package for the demolition of 98-100 Jermyn Street by main contractor John Sisk.
The demolition will retain the facade of 100 Jermyn Street and will facilitate the erection of a new six storey building comprising of retail at ground floor, offices and four residential units on the upper floors.
The Site comprises of two buildings, 96-99 Jermyn Street and 100 Jermyn Street. The buildings are situated on the South side of Jermyn Street at the junction with Duke of York Street and back onto Apple Tree Yard.
Nos. 98-99 Jermyn Street were constructed in the 1960's, No. 100 Jermyn Street dates from the mid 19th century both buildings are not listed, but do lie within the St James Conservation Area.
Our remit includes supplying Cuplok scaffolding for demolition works, a tunnel gantry to house the portacabins and site offices and a pedestrian gantry.
The project will start in April 2009 and will go on for a duration of 72 weeks.
