We will be undertaking the scaffolding requirements for the main contractor on the construction of a 7 storey 5,606m² commercial unit on Chiswick High Road.  

The scheme comprises the demolition of the existing building and construction of a seven-storey block; six floors apportioned for office use and the commercial unit at ground level will contain restaurants and retail space. 

Access requirements include the erection of external perimeter scaffold (traditional Tube & Fitting), and a gantry on the Chiswick High Road frontage which will provide a protected walkway to pedestrians. 

The Project has been valued at around £17 million and is expected to complete in August 2012.
