Brogan Group has been awarded a combined access package for a student village redevelopment in Oxford.
Our scope of works includes the provision of transport platforms to service building works up to full height, along with internal scaffolding to support the fit-out scheme ahead of the new academic year. As part of the development, sustainable measures are also being implemented, including a geo-exchange heating system designed to reduce carbon emissions.
The project forms part of the university’s wider accommodation upgrade, which in the first construction phase saw Brogan Group providing access across all seven blocks, aiding in the delivery of an increased number of high-quality student rooms.
