We are pleased to announce that we have recently secured the access package for a £23m upgrade project for a former government office block in central London. In the 1960’s the building was used as Westminster Hospital, and a base for the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs in recent times.
This 110,00 sq ft scheme will include the removal and disposal of the existing façade, and replacing it with a more modern finish of brick and punched windows, as well as a steel frame extension, and in the end provide 11,000 sq m of office space.
