We have recently successfully tendered for access requirements at Marble Arch House.

The project is a £40m new development which will build around 75,000 sq ft office and ground floor retail space with a adjacent buidling of 10 luxury residential aparments with a 5,000 sq ft restaurant at gorund level built behind the retained Victorian facade of 62-64 Seymour Street.

Our remit includes the hire, erection and dismantle of scaffolding as well as a 2tn passenger/goods hoist.
