Construction is well underway at Riverbank House with the steel work erected to the ninth floor. Our current works include the erection of Combisafe netting to the 8th floor, which was combined with training on site. The training is part of our continuing commitment to Health & Safety and the development of our site operative and personnel.
In addition to this we have also recently erected cantilevered loading bays as well as a slung support scaffold to the first floor to prevent the deflection of RSJ steels, which are supporting a BIG-E hoist used to transport materials to basement level.
Once the project is complete the £100m-plus landmark Riverbank House project will feature nine floors devoted to office space, with the top floor housing the plant room. An underground car park will also be built.
