Brogan Group has secured the combined access package for the redevelopment of the former Paddington Green Police Station site in London, which is being transformed into a landmark residential scheme.
An 82.3m-high CAS Common Tower will provide access to the building throughout the construction phase, minimising interference to site activities. Large passenger goods hoists will be integrated with the tower, alongside goods-only hoists serving the building from podium to basement level.
As part of the all-encompassing access package, internal scaffolding will be provided, alongside a cantilevered scaffold gantry at street level. The gantry will provide protection to the public using the subway located beneath the development, which will remain operational throughout the construction phase.
Due for completion in 2028, the development will accommodate a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses. Residents will benefit from a range of amenities, including landscaped green spaces, a swimming pool, spa facilities and co-working areas.
